This was an expressively new home when erected in 2004 with, 4
bedrooms, 2-baths, & a 2+ car garage in martin acres................. Its the typical ranch pop top that is so often desired with its new master suite, larger kitchen and living area with dining area remodel......The altering roof styles and pitches created a well scaled home amongst its neighbors & Boulder's solar preservation ordinance. Although several characteristics of the home were changed by the builder, i.e. the metallic materials wereintended to be rusting stl., and the window patterns were altered, this home is still a wonderful project.
